Mineral Law and Policy Papers

The following list of law and policy papers is intended to provide an indication of the variety of research papers, articles, guidelines, codes, etc. that have been published in a wide range of journals, magazines, and books. In particular, the page focuses on voluntary industry initiatives and related activities to promote environmental protection with topics including: sustainable development, codes of conduct/practice, environmental and social reporting, auditing and verification of performance, operating guidelines, corporate culture, self-regulation, and legislative and regulatory frameworks.
